I remember seeing 'The Storyteller' when I was a little girl, so when this came up as a free offer for my having purchased so many graphic novel titles, I decided that this was the one I would go with.The artwork spans many different styles, and each is beautifully done. And the retellings of classic tales are fascinating.
I was totally impressed with this book. I love the way he writes of old myths and stories that keep you turning the pages. Great Read!
These were apparently intended as teleplays, but never made it to the small screen. As a result, we get to enjoy them in graphic format, with superbly drawn illustration. Fine folk tales, some with an Asian flavor.
I found it almost impossible to read the e-book on my smartphone...won't display properly. Needs a bigger screen I guess.
Loved it! My favorite is Puss in Boots and if only THIS was the movie we got in that art style! It would be on my shelf 😊
