Alot of errors in book. I recommend that you use keto friendly apps to recheck the nutritional facts which is so inconvenient for me. This book is low carb but many recipes are not keto friendly so that is also inconvenient but also, misleading because I wanted specifically KETO. For example, the egg sandwich which is the first recipe has 19.1g of Carbs. I actually think this is a grammatical error because based off of just looking at the ingredients, that just cant be accurate. I checked in my keto app and it was 7g of carbs which is a big difference from 19.1g. Also, many errors in the directions in some of the recipes which have missing steps. Just too much going on. Better off saving your money abs googling recipes. Many of the reviews have to be fake...

So I've been doing keto for 7-8 months now and love it. I recently got an instant pot and thought hey let's get some keto instant pot books! I think Amy (writer) meant well, but this one is a big miss.When I get a recipe book, I expect info.. Like serving sizes. None are listed on any recipes. Also ingredients option are super general. Like "mixed herbs" or "chicken soup" or " mushroom soup".. wait what? Oh and lastly.. There are foods I just thought you avoided while keto-ing..like sweetcorn.. Cornflakes.. Soy beans.. Black beans.. Apples.. But recipes in here have those ingredients? I guess you can make them work.. If you eat nothing else that day or eat a small portion?Overall.. A disappointment. A few good ideas but had I seen this in a bookstore in would have tossed it back in the shelf.. And quickly. Take it from me and avoid.. Mine is being returned.

I was super excited for this book to arrive but we will be returning. My biggest issue is that it doesn't state serving sizes. Adjusting for a family of five is easy if I know that information. A lot of typos are in the book. I am giving 2 stars because in the beginning of the book there is good information on the KETO Diet and how the body reacts.

The description of the book says it contains 130+ recipes, the back of the book says over 150, when in fact the book contains just 76!!! Quite a few of the recipes contain ingredients like pineapple, beans, and corn which are NOT Keto! They are also recipes that can be found off Pinterest for Free!! Don't waste your time or money on this book, you will be disappointed!!! Zero stars if I could!!

This cookbook is no way geared for a KETO lifestyle. One of the first recipes calls for sugar, brown sugar and a can of premade biscuit dough. REALLY?! How in any way is that a Keto or low carb recipe? The carb counts are way too high on many of the recipes to fit into any low carb diet. Plus there are many typos throughout the book. I am very disappointed and will be returning it.

Interesting recipes in this cookbook and good discussion on the mechanics of the instant pot. This is a decent starter collection of recipes. Pretty straightforward recipes, and for 99 cents, even just one recipe will be worthwhile. Overall a very short book but seems practical.

I was very excited to get this book, my husband and I have been keto since 2016 and had fallen in a rut of meals. This book is tiny. And half of it is explaining keto which I don’t need to read. The meals are definitely no where near keto, ingredients like beans, corn, and rice are no no’s regardless how little you use. The nutrition information is worthless, the recipe doesn’t state how many servings it makesjust some random net carb counts that I think are extremely exaggerated considering the bad ingredients used. This cookbook is absolutely worthless even for the price. Do Not Buy.

The standard ketogenic diet is the most popular diet for beginners, but you may find that the other three menus are better suited to your body and personal goals. Typically, your bodies process the carbohydrate we eat on an average balanced diet by turning it into glucose for energy. Ketones are a byproduct of your fat metabolism that is released when fat is broken down into an energy source. A helpful guide for all. I'm satisfied with this guide. Highly recommended!
